Each section of the training focuses on one of Akan Culture stages of the Female Life Cycle. Through prayer, guided meditation, small group exercises, rituals, deep reflection, and God-source within you, you’ll be re-introduced to each stage, and learn ways to bring them into to your daily life.

LEARN AKAN CULTURE AND AKOM SPIRITUALITY

Understand the Akan concept of Nyame (God) and the Universe plus the various attributes of Nyame and the layers of the spirit world which intertwine with the physical plane of existence since the inception of humanity.
